Vendor Guidelines
- If you are planing to be a vendor at the Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration please take the time to review our set-up and operation procedures.
- Booth area is 10 feet by 10 feet.
- All vendors must register with Schenectady's Hispanic Heritage Commitee. If you haven't already paid the Vendor's fee, there will be staff onsite to collect payment at the check-in table.
- The market is open rain or shine. Please be prepared by bringing the necessary rain shelters with a smile!
- Vendors must provide their own booths/tables/chairs/tents and sun/rain-covers. Food vendors must obtain and display permits from the Schenectady County Health Department,518.386.2810 at their own expense. This permit must be displayed and pesented to staff at check-in.
- On Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010 - Vendors can begin set-up by 3:00 PM
- After setting-up at Central Park, ALL VEHICLES must be moved to designated parking lot area in the park.
- VERY IMPORTANT! Vendors are responsible for keeping their space attractive during event hours and for cleaning up their space after the event closes, including removal of garbage and sweeping of any debris.
- Please make checks payable to: Better Life Empowerment Center (SHHC).
